Load the products of a single vendor into a worksheet

Mixtable allows you to do this by setting up a Conditional Worksheet for your Shopify products, with a matching condition on the vendor field of your products. In a Conditional Worksheet Mixtable will only load data that matches the criteria you’ve set up. Also, if a new object is added in Shopify (e.g., a new product), then that object will only load in the Conditional Worksheet if it matches the criteria you’ve given.

To create a Conditional Worksheet that shows only the products for a single vendor follow these steps:

1. Click the + button in the workbook tab strip to add a new worksheet
2. Select the data you’d like to load in your worksheet. In this case Products.
3. You’ll now be prompted to choose whether you want all data to be loaded in the worksheet, or to Set Conditional Worksheet criteria. Select the second option.
4. You’ll now see an interface that allows you to Add Condition. Select the vendor field, and then specify whether you want to match the name exactly, or partially. For example, in the video below, we load only products that have “aliexpress” as the vendor.
