A Mixtable workbook is designed to look and feel like an Excel workbook. This means that when we export data we do something more advanced than simply convert a CSV into an XLSX file. Any formatting that you have in your workbook will be included in your XLSX file. Cell background colours and column widths, for example. So, once you set up your workbook you'll likely only ever need to come in an press the export button. Everything will be set up as you want it. So when you export to CSV you export the currently selected worksheet only.
