Shopify Refunds, Order Transactions, Blog Posts and Pages can now be Bulk Edited with Mixtable Spreadsheets

New Shopify data to be bulk edited with Mixtable worksheets

We’ve added new types of Shopify data that can be mapped to worksheets in Mixtable and edited in bulk. The new types of data are:

• Refunds
• Refund Line Items
• Order Transactions
• Blogs
• Blog Posts
• Pages

Syncing Compare-At prices for international markets

In the previous release we launched the ability to edit the fixed price for variants for international markets. In this release we are adding to this functionality by allowing you to directly edit the Compare At price for variants for international markets.

Syncing new Product Category field

Shopify has a new Product Category field available for products. Mixtable allows you to change this category from the spreadsheets. There are three columns that a user can map to change the category, depending on which type of data they want to see:

• The “ID” of the category
• The “simple” name of the category - e.g., “Baby & Toddler Furniture Sets”
• The “full” name of the category - e.g., “Furniture > Baby & Toddler Furniture > Baby & Toddler Furniture Sets”

Moving Columns

It is now possible to move columns. To do so:

• Select the column by clicking on the column header
• Hover over the left or right border of the highlight, until you get the “arrow cross” cursor
• Press and hold the Shift button
• Now, click and drag the column to its new location

Sync start is now on a per-worksheet basis

The Sync sheet to Shopify button now triggers a sync to Shopify only of the changes on the currently active sheet. So, changes on other worksheets won’t automatically sync as before, and you have to start a sync for every sheet that you want to.

Conditional Worksheets remove rows that no longer need to be included

If you have set up a Conditional Worksheet, based on some criteria, if a row no longer meets that criteria it will be automatically removed.

Improved Search

We’ve worked hard to improve our search functionality. It is now faster, and you can cycle between all the cells that have been found.

Ctrl+S triggers Excel export

Pressing ctrl+s or command+s (on a Mac) triggers a download of the workbook in Excel file format.
